1. Choose and customise in Studio
Start with one of our premium organic-cotton blanks and customise it in our online Studio to tailor every detail to your brand. Upload your artwork, choose from a range of customisation techniques including embroidery, DTG, or screen printing, and preview your design in real time, with quantity pricing applied automatically as you build your order.
2. Order a blank sample
Before committing to a full run, order a sample of your customised blank so you can check the fit, fabric, and overall quality in person.
Reviewing the physical product first helps make sure everything matches what you had in mind, so your final order is based on a garment you already know and trust.
3. Final checks before production
With your sample approved, we run final checks on artwork placement, colours, and sizing against your specifications before anything goes into production. Your order only moves forward once every detail has been confirmed, so there are no surprises once embroidery, DTG, or screen printing begins.
4. Production and delivery
Once everything is approved, your order is produced using your chosen customisation technique and carefully prepared for shipping.
You’ll get an estimated delivery window based on your selections, so you always know when your branded merchandise will arrive.
